- Design a foolproof hiring process covering all six stages of recruitment, from preparation to onboarding.
- Understand each role's requirements in the organization and craft clear job templates.
- Create recruitment materials and post job openings on suitable job boards.
- Excellent brainstorming capabilities with the in-house team through effective meetings.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for providing efficient sourcing solutions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment timelines and onboarding processes.
- Proven record of sourcing suitable talent for various organizations.
- Adept at arranging appropriate interviews based on the current hiring situation.
