Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the WHS Team by ensuring safety performance aligns with goals.
• Support WHS program implementations within operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with local and KSA legislation.
• Maintain accurate WHS systems and prepare regular reports.
• Develop a safety culture and drive injury prevention strategies.
• Participate in the WHS Safety Audit program and train new Safety Officers.
• Facilitate Safety Steering Committee meetings and conduct safety checks.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in WHS or environmental programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Distribution Centers or Manufacturing EHS.
• Experience with lean principles and process improvements.
• NEBOSH IGC certification and pursuing further education in Safety.

• Implementing and maintaining Almarai's health, safety, and security systems and procedures.
• Managing systems, processes, resources, and technology pertaining to health and safety.
• Providing guidance and support for new projects in KAEC-Rabigh City.
• Overseeing activities of site contractors and ensuring alignment with project standards.
• Leading and managing safety and security personnel.

Requirements:
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

• 57 years of experience in Safety and Security management in a multi-site environment.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate.
• Fire Fighting Qualification from a recognized institute.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A record of demonstrating quantifiable improvements in Safety and Security.
