Responsibilities:
- Develop pricing schemes based on market analysis.
- Create and implement a strategic sales plan to grow our customer base.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, ensuring objectives are met.
- Monitor sales performance and conduct regular team check-ins.
Sales KPIs to Monitor:
- Total revenue generated from sales activities.
- Profit margins and sales growth metrics.
- Customer acquisition costs and lifetime value.
- Sales closing ratios and cycle lengths.
Objectives:
- Effectively represent the company with a thorough knowledge of our offerings.
- Research consumer needs and identify solutions.
- Motivate and lead a successful sales team.
- Continuously develop team skills and effective sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of sales management experience.
- A proven track record in managing the complete sales process.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in motivational speaking.
- Proven success in exceeding sales quotas.
