About the Role
The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of stores, ensuring that all stores meet or exceed performance targets. This includes leading and motivating a high-performing team, maintaining the brand’s luxury image, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Retail Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement brand strategies and ensure optimal product availability across all locations. Additionally, the role will involve managing recruitment, training, and development of the retail teams, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.

About You
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in senior retail management, particularly in luxury or premium retail environments. Proven leadership and management skills are essential, as is the ability to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Experience in managing large teams, particularly within high-end department stores or premium luxury brands, is preferred. Fluency in Arabic is a must, and the candidate should be willing to relocate to Jeddah or currently be based in Jeddah/Riyadh. Additionally, the candidate must be open to frequent business travel.
