Michael Page is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Sales Director to lead the sales department within a renowned FMCG organization located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role will involve driving strategy and execution to meet and exceed company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to ensure alignment with the company's revenue growth objectives.
  • Lead a nationwide sales team, focusing on achieving sales targets.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with key clients.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on new product launches and train sales team members accordingly.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or National Sales Manager.
  • Strong track record managing high-performance sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics effectively.
