This important role involves overseeing all aspects of Sales, Revenue, Conference Services, Marketing, and PR.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Sales and Marketing teams to maximize revenue and destination awareness.
• Implement strategies for the Group, Transient, and Tour market segments.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to enhance performance.
• Manage digital marketing activities and oversee the hotel's social media presence.
• Develop PR initiatives in cooperation with local organizations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of luxury hotel sales experience with a past role as Director of Sales and Marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs and hotel accounting procedures.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's or Hotel Management degree preferred.
