Our client, a prominent hotel group based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager for their Rooms Division.

Position: Sales Manager
Location: Jeddah, KSA

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: 8000 SR (All-inclusive)
• 30 days of leave per year
• One duty meal
• SIM card provided
• Transportation allowance for sales calls
• 9-hour duty, 6 days on, 1 day off
• Incentive plan (to be confirmed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify and build relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners. Manage group bookings and negotiate contracts.
• Marketing Strategy: Create marketing campaigns to promote hotel services, events, and packages. Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO, and paid ads. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
• Team Management: Lead and train the sales and marketing teams. Set performance goals and monitor achievements.
• Collaboration: Work with F&B, events, and front office teams to align promotional efforts. Coordinate with external vendors for branding and advertising needs.
• Reporting: Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics. Prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality sales and marketing.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management (preferred).
