Required Experience: At least 3 years in the field of hypermarket sales or wholesale sales of healthy food products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sustainable growth targets.
• Manage the sales team to ensure daily and monthly targets are met.
• Monitor the overall performance of the sales department in hypermarkets and supermarkets, and provide periodic reports on product performance.
• Identify market needs and work to meet those needs by enhancing partnerships with suppliers.
• Coordinating wholesale sales operations of healthy food products for distributors and e-commerce stores.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure sales processes are optimized.
• Work with marketing teams to develop targeted promotional offers and discounts to increase sales.
• Prepare and present comprehensive analytical reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate reorder processes to ensure product availability.
• Open accounts for e-commerce and supermarket stores.
• Prepare contracts.
• Collect payments and follow up with clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in hypermarket sales or wholesale sales of healthy food products.
• Strong experience in managing sales teams and guiding them towards achieving goals.
• Comprehensive knowledge in the supermarket and e-commerce sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Ability to analyze and make decisions based on data.
• Proficient in the use of sales and marketing-related software (such as Excel and Customer Relationship Management systems).
• Communication and organizational skills.
