Join Sealy Mattress Middle East as an Outdoor Salesman!
Sealy Mattress Middle East, a family-owned company established in 1990, is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Outdoor Salesman to join our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence within the hospitality sector, building lasting relationships with clients, and promoting our innovative product range.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the hospitality sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Present and promote Sealy products to prospective customers effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the Sealy brand.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics to the management.

Requirements:
  • Proven 3 years experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the hospitality or bedding industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of the mattress or bedding market is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Male candidates, at least 28 years of age.
