Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; identify new opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors, ensuring exceptional service.
• Product Distribution and Availability: Ensure product availability and visibility; monitor stock levels.
• Market Execution and Merchandising: Oversee merchandising efforts and ensure promotional materials are displayed correctly.
• Data Collection and Reporting: Provide insights and reports on sales performance and market intelligence.
• Promotions and Campaigns: Execute in-store promotions to drive product awareness.
• Territory Management: Plan and prioritize customer visits to maximize efficiency.
• Compliance and Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures.

About You:
To be successful, you should have:

• 12 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or retail.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Additionally, you must hold Saudi Nationality as per government requirements.

Our client, a leading player in the shipping industry, is seeking a dynamic professional to drive sales growth and implement effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target segments in the shipping industry.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to promote company services and generate leads.
• Engage with prospective customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce company offerings and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and close deals.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts addressing customer-specific needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM software to manage interactions and track sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 38 years of experience in inside sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in shipping or logistics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
