The Sales Officer is a key position at ABM, where you will play a critical role in enhancing our sales strategies and customer relationships. Your expertise will help drive our mission to provide exceptional service in the IT Services and Consulting sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Engage potential customers by explaining company products and encouraging purchases.
  • Address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of company offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, appointments, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Provide feedback to product management regarding potential improvements.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses for customers to guide purchase decisions.
  • Analyze competitors to assess product features and market performance.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:
45 years of proven sales experience is required.
