Join The Emirates Group as a Senior Sales Executive! In this pivotal role, you will help position Dubai as a global MICE destination by developing and maintaining effective professional relationships with MICE agents and various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop relationships with major MICE agents and associations.
  • Build strong relationships with MICE/Association stakeholders including Convention Bureaus, Hotels, and Tourism Offices.
  • Collaborate with global teams to manage strategic accounts.
  • Monitor revenue results and implement actions to maximize revenue.
  • Negotiate incentive and discount agreements.
  • Generate sales leads and report on competitor activity.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Commercial/Sales background with 5+ years of experience in airline/travel trade sales.
  • Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
