Job Title: Sales Specialist

Job Description: This role requires setting sales policies, monitoring their implementation, and evaluating results. Daily tasks involve studying market developments, setting marketing goals and sales methods, and estimating the expected sales volume.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Proposing sales policies and monitoring their implementation.
  • Evaluating the results of sales representatives and suggesting corrective plans and actions.
  • Communicating with customers and analyzing their needs and monitoring competitors.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports that clarify performance results in the sales field.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Marketing Communication, E-commerce, or Sales Management.

Experience: 1 year.
