Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

The sales employee will be responsible for promoting our project management services, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the western region. Understand their needs and provide customized solutions to meet their project management requirements.
• Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals. Identify new business opportunities and avenues for growth within the region.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our project management services and industry trends to effectively convey their benefits to clients. Provide presentations and demonstrations as needed.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess competitive offerings. Use the resulting insights to improve sales methods and enhance service delivery.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback. Prepare periodic reports to analyze performance against sales goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and project management teams to ensure sales efforts align with the overall company objectives. Participate in meetings and events to enhance internal and external communication.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in project management.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel within the western region.
• Good appearance and strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• 35 years of experience in sales, specifically in the hospitality industry.
• 5 years' experience in the KSA market.
• Knowledge in MS Excel and ability to communicate in writing with the clients and the management.
• Disciplined and organized personality to meet corporate standards.
• Should possess knowledge of road and street names in the resident city applied.
• Proven track record of handling sales and projects.
• Prior experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
