- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through cold calling, emails, social media, and networking. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Client Engagement: Understand customer needs through effective communication. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software features and benefits.
