Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through cold calling, emails, social media, and networking. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Client Engagement: Understand customer needs through effective communication. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software features and benefits.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 15 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the software industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
