Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Build and lead a high-performing security team, providing training and development opportunities.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and Four Seasons security standards, preparing detailed incident reports as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in security, preferably within luxury hospitality or a related field.
- A degree in Security Management, Criminology, or a related discipline.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
