SSCL is at the forefront of transforming the facilities management sector, offering world-class FM solutions across Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a dedicated Store Keeper to manage our inventory effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take delivery of all incoming materials and ensure accuracy with purchase orders.
  • Document and resolve discrepancies on received orders.
  • Maintain accuracy of inventory by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, and adjustments.
  • Manage inventory/supplies and ensure levels are within established limits.
  • Responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returns.
  • Oversee stock rotation and coordinate surplus disposal.
  • Manage supplier relations and maintain ethical relationships.
  • Create purchase orders and manage low-value procurement activities.
  • Handle shipping of cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in inventory management.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
  • Experience with various storekeeping methods.
  • Attention to detail.

Candidate Preferences:
  • Experience of 17 years.
  • Residence in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
  • Diploma qualification.
