Job Summary:
Oversee and optimize logistics, clearance, transportation, and export operations. Manage the full order cycle, coordinate with stakeholders, and implement best practices to enhance operational and financial performance. Negotiate contracts, resolve logistics issues, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies. Lead and develop a high-performing team while preparing annual budgets and monthly performance reports to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Education:
Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related field).
Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with SAP systems is beneficial.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Language:
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
Certifications (Preferred):
Relevant certifications in Supply Chain Management (*, CSCP, CLTD) are an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, clearance, transportation, and export operations.
- Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle.
- Plan, manage, and evaluate logistics operations by liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies, and customers.
- Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies, and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance.
- Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high-quality service within budgetary requirements.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics service providers.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports, or export issues.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team that meets agreed objectives, delivers best practice results, adds value, and drives continuous improvements.
- Ensure that all functions under supervision operate in accordance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of staff.
- Prepare annual budgets and quarterly amendments for the department.
- Prepare monthly P&L, KPI, and PSD reports to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
