Role Overview:
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will lead our Supply Planning efforts, driving our transformation to become a customer-centric and cost-efficient organization. Collaborating closely with the COO and other leaders, your influence and insights are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Sales Forecasting, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management.
  • Develop and implement S&OP processes.
  • Oversee supplier and logistics service provider management aligned with SLAs.
  • Handle Assortment Planning and Sales analysis.
  • Lead the transformation of Supply Chain Planning operations.

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering.
  • 5+ years experience in Supply Planning in the MENA region.
  • 2+ years in a managerial position.
  • Proven track record of process optimization and tool implementation.

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Proficiency in using TMS, WMS, and ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
