Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Holidays Division’s offerings and profitability.
- Product Development: Design and manage innovative holiday packages tailored to diverse customer needs.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to negotiate competitive rates and ensure exceptional service quality.
- Sales Growth: Build a strong client base and foster relationships with key customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a sales staff, ensuring top-notch customer service and operational efficiency.
- Upselling: Train staff to effectively upsell holiday packages and additional services, maximizing revenue per booking.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Customer Experience: Uphold and enhance customer satisfaction through personalized and seamless holiday planning.
