We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, safety compliance, and optimal productivity levels. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership abilities to manage and develop a team of warehouse staff while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping • Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures • Develop and execute strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment • Train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff performance • Monitor and maintain equipment, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance • Analyze and optimize warehouse layout and workflow processes • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and performance metrics • Collaborate with other departments to meet business objectives and customer requirements
