Job description for an installation engineer
1. Equipment installation: Responsible for installing smart lock equipment. Ensure that the equipment is installed correctly according to design requirements and technical standards.
2. Construction management: During the installation process, responsible for progress and quality of construction, ensuring that the installation process complies with specifications and relevant safety standards.
3. Technical support: Providing technical support during the installation process, troubleshooting the technical issues encountered during installation, and ensuring the normal operation of the equipment.
4. Commissioning and testing: After installation is complete, commissioning and testing to ensure that the equipment can operate normally and meet design requirements. Adjust and optimize parameters to ensure that the performance of the equipment is perfect.
5. Safety management: During the installation process, comply with safety regulations to ensure the safety of the workplace and employees. Identify potential safety hazards and address them in a timely manner to prevent accidents.
6. Documentation: Recording the installation process to ensure that the project has comprehensive technical documentation support.
7. Client communication: Communicating with clients to understand their needs and providing timely feedback on the installation progress, giving usage guidelines, and ensuring clients can properly use and maintain the equipment.
8. After-sales support: Providing after-sales maintenance support, handling equipment failures that occur after installation, conducting regular inspections and maintenance, and ensuring stable long-term operation of the equipment.
