Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Specialist who is results-driven to join our sales team. Main Responsibilities:- Identifying and researching potential clients in the automotive care industry, including repair shops, dealers, and service centers.
- Initiating high-quality outreach efforts to qualify leads, set up demos, and present POS solutions that meet their needs.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Collaborating closely with account managers and sales managers to convert qualified leads and ensure seamless transitions to close deals.
- Utilizing customer management software to track sales activities, record interactions, and provide accurate reporting.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into actual customers.
Qualifications:- Over 2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in software solutions or technology sectors.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Aptitude for using modern sales tools and understanding POS software solutions.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with the automotive care industry is a plus, but a strong desire to learn and adapt is essential.
