Key Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions efficiently using POS systems, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and reporting.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and open manner, providing personalized service to enhance their shopping experience.
• Proactively identify customer needs and suggest appropriate food and beverage products, applying upselling techniques to boost sales.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and promotional offers.
• Handle customer inquiries and effectively resolve issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service excellence.
• Conduct regular cash drawer reviews and ensure any discrepancies are addressed timely.
• Collaborate with team members to create an organized and welcoming work environment, contributing to the store's cleanliness and appeal.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations during daily tasks in the food and beverage environment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a cashier or sales role within the food and beverage sector.
• Proven ability to interact with customers, demonstrating proactive sales techniques and relationship-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage categories, including current trends and popular products.
• Aptitude for handling cash transactions, operating POS systems, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, delivering exceptional service under pressure.
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
