Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Specialist who is results-driven to join our sales team. If you are passionate about sales, technology, and the automotive service sector, we want you to help us achieve our goals and contribute to the development and growth of the automotive services industry.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identifying and researching potential clients in the automotive care industry, including repair shops, dealers, and service centers.
• Initiating high-quality outreach efforts to qualify leads, set up demos, and present POS solutions that meet their needs.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
• Collaborating closely with account managers and sales managers to convert qualified leads and ensure seamless transitions to close deals.
• Utilizing customer management software to track sales activities, record interactions, and provide accurate reporting.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into actual customers.

Qualifications:

• Over 2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in software solutions or technology sectors.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Aptitude for using modern sales tools and understanding POS software solutions.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales goals.
• Familiarity with the automotive care industry is a plus, but a strong desire to learn and adapt is essential.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
