Join our team as a Cashier at Hamad M Al Rugaib, where you will be the first and last point of contact for our customers, creating a positive and memorable shopping experience. Your role is crucial in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
    • Greet customers promptly and courteously.
    • Assist customers with questions about products, prices, and store policies.
    • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using various payment methods.
    • Issue receipts and handle returns or exchanges.
    • Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally.
  • Cash Handling:
    • Operate the cash register and balance the drawer at the end of each shift.
    • Follow all cash handling procedures to prevent theft and errors.
    • Complete daily deposits.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Basic math skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in cash handling and computer skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and solve problems effectively.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
  • Experience in retail or customer service.
  • Knowledge of furniture products.
