The role of the supervisor is to oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities in commercial facilities and implement them to ensure that the facilities are kept tidy and clean.

The role of the supervisor is to oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities in commercial facilities and implement them to ensure that the facilities are kept tidy and clean.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the service schedule.
- Planning and preparing staff work schedules.
- Supervising staff while they perform their duties, such as dusting, sweeping floors, cleaning bathrooms, and changing linens.
- Encouraging the implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Monitoring the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and maintaining it.
- Following health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least one year of practical experience.
- Three-year diploma after high school in property management and development.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in the Arabic language.
- Advanced supervisory and management skills.
