A human resources development manager is required to work in a prestigious company, with at least 3 years of experience in the field of human resources and holding a bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources. He will be responsible for leading and developing human resources development strategies, improving employee performance, and enhancing the culture of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: • Designing and implementing training and development programs for employees • Managing performance evaluation processes and career development • Identifying recruitment needs and managing recruitment processes • Developing and implementing employee motivation and retention programs • Preparing and managing the training and development budget • Analyzing key performance indicators and providing regular reports • Building strong relationships with different departments and understanding their developmental needs.
