Your Job Responsibilities:
- Fostering talent within the team through training and appointments.
- Supervising the daily operations related to visual merchandising.
- Providing support to store employees during events.
- Ensuring electronic operations and data verification.
- Increasing revenue goals and boosting sales.
- Providing feedback to improve the overall performance of the store.
Your Success Factors:
- Nationality: Saudi or treated as a Saudi citizen.
- Secondary Education Certificate or Diploma.
- Two years of experience as a showroom manager or supervisor.
- Good leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
