About the Role

Baja is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join its Information Technology department. This full-time position is based in Abhā, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia, and will support retail operations across Abha and Khamis Mushayt. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points.

• Handle helpdesk tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in IT Technical Support, preferably within the retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, CCTV platforms, and general networking principles.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and ticketing tools used for IT support.
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as required.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
