Join our dynamic team as a Cashier at Hamad M Al Rugaib! We are looking for a dedicated individual who can create a positive and memorable shopping experience for our customers. As the first and last point of contact, your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
    • Greet customers promptly and courteously.
    • Assist customers with questions about products, prices, and store policies.
    • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using various payment methods.
    • Issue receipts and handle returns or exchanges.
    • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
  • Cash Handling:
    • Operate the cash register and balance the drawer at the end of each shift.
    • Follow cash handling procedures to prevent theft and errors.
    • Complete daily deposits.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good math skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Cash handling experience.
