About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Manager to join our team at Tinting Systems Company (TSC) located in Khamis Mushait, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. TSC specializes in a wide variety of colorants for decorative and industrial paints as well as special colorants for foams, flexible plastics, leathers, and textiles. This is a full-time position that requires a proactive individual ready to optimize our supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and align sourcing strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production delays.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
