Main Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train the sales team to achieve sales and collection targets and enhance product visibility.
- Market Visits: Conduct daily field visits to monitor team performance and track competitor activities.
- Key Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key supermarkets and wholesalers to maximize sales.
- Training and Development: Lead sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Market Feedback: Monitor market trends and provide actions proposals for management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Languages: Arabic and English required (intermediate level or above).
- Experience: 37 years in FMCG, particularly in snacks or confectionery.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Reporting:
- Team overall evaluation reports – quarterly.
- Performance reports (sales and collection KPIs) – daily.
- Customer stock level reports - monthly.
- Competitor products and activities reports – weekly.
- Customer feedback reports.
