Key Responsibilities:
- Implement administrative directives issued by the direct supervisor and monitor the execution of administrative decisions.
- Manage the sorting and distribution of physical mail, and respond to electronic communications as guided by the supervisor.
- Perform typing duties and address inquiries and phone calls effectively.
- Organize and maintain files for easy retrieval and manage documentation systematically.
- Coordinate and organize meetings for the direct supervisor, record minutes, and distribute necessary documentation to participants.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Executive Secretarial Studies.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
Languages:
- Advanced proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in English, French, Spanish, and Filipino is a plus.
Skills:
- Advanced skills in customer services, email client software, office machinery, scheduling, typing, and meeting coordination.
