This role at Hilton is designed for a trusted finance team member who will support our finance lead and play a key role in training and developing best-in-class finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and account for all cash activities of the hotel.
  • Safeguard cash assets and prepare all financial reports related to cash transactions.
  • Support a robust control and compliance environment in alignment with policies.
  • Collaborate with all hotel finance team members and departments.
  • Participate in relevant finance training and development programs.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Ability to analyze complex financial information and create detailed reports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proactive in identifying and preventing potential issues.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for various management levels.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Additional Preferences:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
