We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to manage and oversee all financial aspects of the company. In this vital role, you will handle budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and cost control, ensuring the company’s financial health and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's financial records, transactions, and reports.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to support business decisions.
- Handle payroll processing, expense management, and vendor payments.
- Manage tax filings, VAT compliance, and liaise with auditors and tax authorities.
- Implement internal controls and financial policies to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- Support the CEO and leadership team with financial insights for strategic decision-making.
- Optimize cost structures and identify areas for financial improvement.
- Work with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and financial institutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and VAT laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with various departments.
