As a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia, House of Consulting Office (HCO) is looking for a skilled Cost Engineer to manage the cost-related aspects of construction projects focused on heritage and historical preservation. This role is crucial to ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for heritage projects.
  • Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Conduct financial analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Implement cost control measures in collaboration with project teams.
  • Review contractor bids and manage project documentation.
  • Provide cost-related advice to project managers.

Required Qualifications & Experiences:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of cost engineering experience, focused on heritage projects.
  • Proficient in cost estimation tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
