We are looking for a Saudi national of the highest caliber to fill the vacancy of Financial Director. This is a key role responsible for overseeing the financial health and sustainability of the university, ensuring efficient financial management, compliance with regulatory standards, and aligning with the institution’s strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies to support long-term growth and stability.
• Budgeting and Financial Planning: Lead the development of annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements and compliance with regulations.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and oversee investment strategies.
• Risk Management: Establish internal financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure accountability.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee financial operations, including procurement and payroll, while identifying cost-saving initiatives.
• Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team and optimize financial resources.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in financial management with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and non-profit accounting principles.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
