Role Overview
As a Chief Accountant, you will report directly to the Assistant Director of Finance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Supervising various areas within the Finance Department including payroll, accounts payable, and general cashiering.
• Ensuring compliance with local and corporate policies and procedures.
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Safeguarding cash assets and ensuring accurate recording of income.
• Coordinating audits and facilitating effective internal controls.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:

• 35 years of experience in a Finance Department within a hotel environment.
• A college or university education with a solid understanding of Month-End processes and financial statements.
• Strong integrity, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to teamwork.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

The Role of Chief Accountant: We currently have an opportunity for a Chief Accountant to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team! You will report to the Assistant Director of Finance and be responsible for maintaining the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations, supervising payroll, accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with local and corporate policies.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Support department managers with payroll and labour standards.
• Assist with budget preparation, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Safeguard cash assets and facilitate audits.
• Ensure proper income recording and timely Daily Business Report generation.

Our Ideal Candidate: You should have 35 years of experience in a hotel finance department, a college education, and a good understanding of the Month-End Process. Integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in Arabic and English are essential.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team in Yanbu' al Bahr. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing, and maintaining strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and process journal entries to record all business transactions.
• Validate supplier invoices in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct suppliers and bank reconciliations.
• Handle all supplier payments and ensure compliance with payment terms.
• Assist with VAT regulations and reporting.
• Support financial data verification and analysis.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to meet audit requirements.

Qualifications:
