About the location: Our hotel will be steps from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, serving 15 million visitors annually.

The Role of Chief Accountant: We currently have an opportunity for a Chief Accountant to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team! You will report to the Assistant Director of Finance and be responsible for maintaining the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations, supervising payroll, accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with local and corporate policies.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the effectiveness of internal controls.
Support department managers with payroll and labour standards.
Assist with budget preparation, accounting, and financial reporting.
Safeguard cash assets and facilitate audits.
Ensure proper income recording and timely Daily Business Report generation.

Our Ideal Candidate: You should have 35 years of experience in a hotel finance department, a college education, and a good understanding of the Month-End Process. Integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in Arabic and English are essential.
