• Setting achievable hotel budgets and strategic goals

• Ensuring compliance with Hilton Brand Service Standards

About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience as a Hotel Manager or Director of Operations in a high-volume hotel
• Strong relationships with owners and contractors
• Ability to innovate for increased profitability
• Exceptional people leadership skills
• Experience managing budgets and forecasting results
• A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Arabic
