Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the hotel’s front desk, food & beverage, kitchen, housekeeping, security, and fitness center.
• Develop effective relationships with senior management and lead departmental training.
• Conduct inspections and maintain high standards for all areas of the hotel.
• Implement cost control plans and analyze costs to enhance profitability.
• Motivate and supervise team members to achieve key performance targets.
• Facilitate routine operations meetings and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
• Manage the guest experience, ensuring that VIPs receive the attention and service they deserve.

What We Are Looking For:
A strong candidate should display leadership, integrity, and a passion for hospitality. Relevant experience of at least 2 years in hotel operations management and proficiency in both English and Chinese are essential. Your proactive approach and resourcefulness will be crucial in maximizing guest satisfaction and achieving operational success.
