As a Human Resources Operation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing employee attendance, overseeing leave policies, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement procedures and systems for monitoring employee attendance and leaves.
- Supervise the application of sick leave and emergency leave policies.
- Handle employee complaints and inquiries professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Update employee information and maintain comprehensive employee records.
- Prepare specialized HR documents and reports and ensure they are stored in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Executive Secretarial Studies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; certifications such as CIPD or SPHR-CA are a plus.
- Languages: Advanced proficiency in Arabic; knowledge of English and Urdu is advantageous.
Skills:
- Expertise in invoicing, supervising, training, reporting, and monitoring.
- Strong documentation skills and experience in creating documented procedures.
