Monitoring employee attendance and vacations and ensuring their compliance with work policies.
Implementing annual and sick leave policies and promotion procedures.
Dealing with employee inquiries and complaints professionally.
Updating employee information and preparing documents and reports related to HR operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
- Experience in supervision, report preparation, and database management.
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level.

Job Overview
As a Light Duty Driver, you will play a key role in transporting employees and materials to various construction sites across Riyadh. Your driving skills, valid driver's license, and clean driving record will be paramount in ensuring safe and timely transportation.

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport employees and materials to designated locations.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating company vehicles.
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of vehicles.
