Join our team as a Human Resources Development Manager at the City Water Company.

We are looking for a candidate who has strong experience in human resources development. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Participating in setting the main objectives and plans related to human resources development.
  • Supervising performance management, training, and development activities.
  • Developing detailed plans for performance management and training and monitoring their implementation.
  • Supervising the application of the performance management system and identifying training needs.
  • Providing summaries and general reports to senior management on human resources development.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields:
  • Business Administration
  • Management Information Systems
  • International Business Administration
  • Communication Skills
  • Multi-Disciplinary Programs and Qualifications

Required Experience: At least five years.
