Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns encompassing digital, ATL/BTL, and PR initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify consumer trends and market opportunities.
  • Manage effective brand positioning strategies.
  • Oversee social media management, content creation, and influencer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and trade promotions.
  • Monitor campaign ROI and make adjustments to strategies for maximum impact.
  • Manage the marketing budget and maintain vendor relationships.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience in FMCG, preferably in the food and beverage sector within KSA.
  • Proven success in launching products in KSA/GCC markets.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strategic thinking with a creative approach.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong leadership abilities and the capability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
