Purchase Specialist

• Assessing the needs and requirements of organizational units.
• Conducting specialized studies and analyses to ensure the best purchase prices.
• Supervising the receipt and evaluation of bids.
• Building a database of material prices and suppliers.
• Preparing documents and reports related to sales.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Sales Management, or Industrial Engineering and Systems.
• Procurement Management Certification (CAME - PMC) preferred.
• Introductory Certificate in Logistics and Transport (CILT) preferred.

• Experience in procurement regulations.
• Ability to research, supervise, and prepare reports.
• Negotiation skills and assessing the company's needs.

Job Responsibilities:

✔ Follow up and implement purchase and supply orders.

✔ Search for the best prices and terms with suppliers.

✔ Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.

✔ Prepare periodic reports and analyze purchasing data.
