Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries and facilitate smooth check-out processes.
  • Promote hotel facilities and upsell services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Engage with guests in a genuine and welcoming manner.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior reception experience in a 5-star or high-end environment is essential.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
