Position: Receptionist
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Madinah Al Munawwarah. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients professionally and courteously.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage front desk activities, including receiving and sorting mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Provide basic information about the company’s services and address inquiries.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and with necessary materials.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations if required.
