A Cluster Reservations Agent will serve as the main contact for room reservations at the hotel; therefore, must offer excellent service and influence the Guest's decision to stay at the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert inquiries into contracted business quickly.
• Respond positively to sales inquiries to develop future sales leads.
• Identify sales leads as appropriate.
• Respond to all customers professionally and ensure reservations are completed accurately to Guest expectations.
• Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining hotel brand standards.

Qualifications:
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the following:

• A passion for delivering great customer service.
• A highly professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding administration and organizational skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.

Previous experience in a Reservations environment and tertiary qualifications or other collegiate-level degrees would be advantageous.
